Kids Summer Drank
A poolside frozen fruit drink that keeps kids happy at any backyard BBQ or pool party. Fresh watermelon blended with frozen pineapple and mango — no ice needed. Finished with lemon juice and sugar to taste.

- Fresh watermelon (about 1/8 of a watermelon)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
- Juice of 3 lemons
- Sugar to taste

Blend the Watermelon
Puree about an eighth of a watermelon in a blender.

Add Frozen Fruit
Add about 1 1/2 cups each of frozen pineapple and mango chunks. Puree again.

Finish and Serve
Add the juice of three lemons and sugar to taste. Puree one last time until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with a wedge of watermelon.
