What’s on your Xmas list?

Do you love BBQ, cooking, or Los Angeles? I would love to hear what you’d like for Xmas, Hanukah or Kwanza this year. During the holidays it seems as though everyone is cooking up something special. Many gifts that are exchanged are focused around cooking, whether it is BBQ or not. If you are looking for or want a gift that is related to BBQ, food or Los Angeles just write it down as a comment to this post.

    I got my stepdad a grill light that I’m sure he’ll love. I really want a rotisserie attachment for our grill.

    This may be a little over the top, but…
    1. A Nu-temp wireless barbecue remote thermometer.
    2. Some barbecue rubs from John Henry.
    3. A smoker from Dave Klose. Santa if you can get him to make me a MOAB, I’d really appreciate it.
    4. A cord of seasoned cherry, apple, oak and maple wood.
    5. 100lbs of lump charcoal.
    6. A 48 blade Jaccard to help tenderize the brisket.
    7. A couple of meat injectors.
    8. A new digital camera so that I can post pictures on my blog.
    9. A foodsaver so that I can store and ship all my delicious barbeque.
    10. A good set of knives and a knife skills class at ICE.

    one thing that I wouldn’t mind for xmas would be a BBQ class from Paul Kirk.
