I was suffering from a little sticker shock earlier today when I saw tri tip for $5.99 a pound at Costco… I opted for the spareribs ($2.39 a pound), which I will be smoking tomorrow. Don’t get me wrong, I do love Costco, but you gotta watch their prices sometimes. I knew someone had to have it a little cheaper so I checked the weekly specials at local supermarkets and found some tri tip for $2.99 a pound (with a Club Card) at Ralphs thru April 19th.
