The Ultimate BBQ Showdown East vs West II

Once again Wildomar will host The Ultimate BBQ Showdown East vs. West II this Saturday March 19th. Four Q, me included, will be there as well as 55 other teams. It’s the first of many KCBS BBQ competitions in SoCal this year. I’ll take plenty of photos and let you know how we do.     Love some good BBQ, it doesn’t matter if it’s east or west as long as it’s cooked correctly.

    The most important thing what we expect in a BBQ is the taste of the food so where ever it is situated it doesn’t matter.
