Here is a website, compuvices.com, that has pretty extensive plans on building a rather large BBQ pit and trailer from a couple of old propane tanks. And, did I mention that the plans are free? There are plenty of photos that show this BBQ pit at the different stages of completion. Enjoy.

My brother is the master mind behind compuvice. Me and him and a few other friends built the first one of these over here in florida. I designed the plans and he posted on the web, we want to share, not only smoker plans, but mostly the good news of JESUS CHRIST. Thanks for the plug.

I have been looking for a set of plans. Something I have noticed is that most of the builders are believers. God is good! I know it is the will of God that we have fellowship one with anoBher. It would be a sin to not have the proper equipment to be in his perfect will.

The plans look great but I think its a little more smoker than what I need. LOL A guy in the area here has one siilar to this and rents or loans it out for hog roasts. It is capable of turning out very good barbecue too.
