		<description>I don&#039;t know Lilly&#039;s, but it&#039;s hard to believe that it&#039;s better than Bob Kantor&#039;s Memphis Minnie&#039;s (http://www.memphisminnies.com/).  Kantor cooks with oak wood only (in downtown San Francisco!) and he&#039;s a barbecue scholar who spends his vacations touring great Southern BBQ establishments.  I&#039;m a Tennessean who has lived in North Carolina for 35 years and has a daughter in Texas, so you&#039;d better believe it&#039;s a compliment when I say that his &#039;cue is right up there with ours. 
Check it out.  And by the way, his side dishes are great, too.</description>
