If you are tired of paying way too much for charcoal, try whipping up a batch at home. Not that making charcoal at home could possibly save you that much money or time, but it is interesting none-the-less. Having just moved to NYC from Oregon, I really miss the backyard BBQ. I don’t have a BBQ now, but when we move again I’ll be building my own backyard BBQ Island.
