Missed you at the C Rocke Backyard BBQ event this past Saturday. Only 2 of the Four Q but we represented. Lots of fun. Professor dropped by for a little while. Judges comments were ok, but the other teams comments and sharing of expertise was priceless.

I heard there will be a new law in California that you can’t use charcoal for BBQ anymore, because it’s bad for the environment. Is that true? If yes, starting when?
Thanks,
Paul

The backyard BBQ sounds like lots of fun. I’ve been looking for a barrel-like bbq pit—though I don’t want those sold at Home Depot—in Los Angeles, but I can’t seem to find one. I’ve looked high and low. Do you know where I can buy one. I need one for a backyard bbq, nothing too big.
Thanks.

HI everyone, i;m from Argentina, i was living in L.A. for more than one year and i relste with a lot of people. The californian style of BBQ looks good to me, but in my country, the name of BBQ is ASADO, and we can teach you how to prepare an authentic Pampas style grill.
http://www.prepareasado.com it’s my site. i hope you enjoy it.
you can buy a DVD with all the information you’ll need to convert you in a real grill master.
Thanks
