I just found it while searching for pork butt recipes. I will be smoking about 5 butts next weekend for a Junior Achievement event. Selling pulled pork BBQ plate for $5 each for the kids. I hope all goes well. I'm fairly new at smoking. Comes out great for me, but hopefully the general public will love it enough to buy 100 sandwiches with the fixin's at lunch.
