You would be proud. We (Four Q BBQ) kicked BUTT. Yes, just what I said, we kicked butt at the Beachfront Competition this weekend.

First place- Pork Butt
Second place- Brisket (missed 1st by one point)
Third place- Chicken

.. and an overall third place missing the grand reserve by 4 points.

Really gonna miss you at Imperial Beach. I practiced with the chicken yesterday with rubbery skin again. Perhaps the Prof and SG will do better on our practice this Sunday.
