BBQ School of Pitmasters

The Kansas City BARON of BARBEQUE, Chef Paul Kirk, will be teaching a BBQ class in Northern California on March 4th, 2006. From what I hear this class is amazing and a must-do for anyone seriously thinking about competition BBQ. The class costs $225 for members of the CBBQA and $275 for non-members.

    This was an old post from back in February… the class has already happened. I am looking forward to taking a class by Paul Kirk in the future. I’m not sure when this will happen.
