Hello,

I read your articles here and I never realized what an art BBQ ing can be. I am actaully on a journey looking for a place to rent a Grill to roast a pig outdoors. Well I would need the grill and pig. I am here in the Los Angeles area, do you have a direction you can point me to? Thanks.

Bourbon street steak
steamed broccoli
potato salad (w mustard)
corn on the cob
baked beans
homemade ice cream
watermelon
mushmelon

We live in a small town in West Virginia, so we will watch the parade (they still have several every year), then alot of friends and family for some food, fun and
a good time.
Dont forget the reason for the season, and most important, dont forget the soldiers, sailors, and airmen, past and present, that make it all possible.

Yeserday we did the big cooking. I did the usual hamburgers and hot dogs to start. Then chargrilled shrimp with garlic and parsley salt on them, two slabs of ribs one with nothing on them (due to food alergies) and the other with homemade rubs. When those came off we then slow roasted a Turkey we put in a brine for a day. The rain didn't even faze us. more drinks than the 7 kids could even guzzel. The Mocrowave will be busy now. Have a safe holliday.
