		<description>I found that the class was just a start; I didn&#039;t learn anything incredibly new to help with cooking.  However, after having judged an actual competition, I did learn more.  The class gets you ready, but the problem with stopping there, as a cook, is that it&#039;s an artificial test; the same team does it all, and is trying to intentionally do some things wrong.  Seeing real entries at a comp did a lot more for us as cooks, I think, but ya gotta take the class!</description>

Sylvie, you should take the class, then sign up for judging on the following day. It&#039;s well worth it, just for the experience. Don&#039;t worry if other Four-Q team  members don&#039;t go, you&#039;ll meet plenty of new BBQ friends  ;)</description>
