BBQ Competition

Surf & Turf BBQ Classic

Put your barbecue skills to the test at the 6th Annual Surf & Turf BBQ competition in Imperial Beach, CA. This two-day event is happening on the 17th and 18th of June and is sanctioned by the K.C.B.S (Kansas City Barbecue Society). There will be five categories in which to enter: chicken, pork ribs, pork (shoulder or butt), beef brisket and seafood. You and your team can compete for $2,500 in cash prizes and some serious bragging rights. For more information email “gene (at) cbbqa (dot) com.”
