BBQ'n at the Autry

Well it’s been a while since I have posted… and it’s not that I have forgotten about my blog, but I have been feverishly barbecueing to prepare for my first official BBQ contest. The Survival Gourmet has invited me to join him in the BBQ competition at the Autry on April 8th and I have accepted. I have just gotten word that Professor Salt and Sylvie from Soul Fusion Kitchen will be joining the team as well. This is going to be an all-blogging BBQ team. This will make for an amazing BBQ event as well as a great blogging event. I will keep you posted on all the details and let you know what our team name is going to be… when we decide on one.

    I received some suggested names from a couple of friends. One of them seemed worth repeating- “Q Blog Crew”

    Here’s another couple of team name suggestions: “Keyboard Smokers” or “Keyboard Cookers” or “Keyboard Q’uers”
