I saw this recipe while watching Everyday Italian on the Food Network the other day. It looked amazing. You actually grill the lettuce. I will definitely try this one out sooner rather than later

Steven Raichlen’s How To Grill also has a great grilled lettuce recipe. It actually uses cocoa in it and is quite good. Check out my blog (still fairly new) for a grilled endive recipe that I modified from Epicurious.

I might have to side with Giada De Laurentiis’ recipe of Everyday Italian over Steven Raichlen… she is just way more interesting. No disrespect Steven, she just is.
