This is perhaps a healthier alternative to pulled pork… the other white meat. Wooo Hooo! This recipe looks interesting; I will have to give it a try and report back.

Interesting alternative to pork. In North Carolina, a favorite way to eat pulled pork is to make a sandwich of the bun with the pork laced with a vinegar based hot sauce (no tomato) and then the coleslaw.
