As host of a weekly bbq talk show in Portland,OR, I rank it as the best book of the year,maybe last 2 years. Mills is very generous in sharing with us his recipes, and giving the read some very solid advice. Definately needs to be on every barbecuer's bookshelf....right next to my book, The Great Barbecue Companion. (shameless plug!). I very much enjoy your site. Keep up the great work.
