My niece wanted to try how barbecuing works. She absolutely forbade the others to help her with the barbecuing. Some of the barbecues turned out quite well. The other barbecues got burnt. He orders it from some cajun kitchen in Lousiana. For Christmas I will do tamales and some gumbo (but this year my mother-n-law did the gumbo and the greens).
