For a good portion of today this website’s hosting company was experiencing server issues. This temporarily led to the inability of the world to access the BBQ Junkie blog.
Sorry for the inconvenience
Everything seems to be working now and the world can now continue celebrating the art of BBQ by reading the pages of this blog. Enjoy.

I am origunally from California and take a road trip to watch Notre Dame football games every year. Last year my buddies and I stumbled upon a place called Big Hoffa’s Smkoehouse in Noblesville, Indiana and had the best ribs I have ever eaten! I didn’t even know what pulled pork was until I tried his. Much respect given to the man out there cooking because he actually left California to follow his dream of BBQ-ing. If you are ever in Indiana, check it out!!!!!!

Just read about Big Hoffa’s opening a new location in Westfield, Indiana. Went there to celebrate a Colts game and was blown away. Brisket was phenomenal and tis potato salad was great!!! Indiana is not known for Barbeque but this place sure is putting them on the map. Check this place out. Only 2 and 1/2 hours away from Chicago. Well worth the drive!
