Running a BBQ cook off
Occasionally you might wonder what it would take to run your very own BBQ cook-off. Yeah, I’m sure everyone has that thought on their mind at least once or twice a week. I would actually consider it quite normal. So, what would it take? I’ve found a website that covers off on this topic rather extensively. It gives you a year-long outline to get an officially sanctioned BBQ cook-off together. This is great information because we all know that Los Angeles could use a few more BBQ cook-offs.
