BBQ at SEMA

I had some more BBQ today over at SEMA show. I went over the World Famous Brothers Barbeque food booth where they served hickory-smoked brisket that is prepared in a Southern Pride smoker. It’s nice to find a BBQ vendor that uses a real smoker; they usually just use a grill and call it BBQ. I ordered the shredded BBQ brisket, which ended up being way better than the BBQ pork sandwich I had earlier this week. The sauce was more flavorful and there was good smoke flavor in the meat. I was pretty hungry, so by the time I found a seat the sandwich was gone. Sorry, no photo ☹.
