Sylvie on Modern Marvels working the smoker
Yes it is true, our BBQ team made it past the editing room floor and appeared on last night’s episode of Modern Marvels for a combined total of 1.5 seconds. The episode was pretty interesting, even more so if you attended the Barbeque’n at The Autry competition. Here are a couple of screen grabs from last night’s episode that featured a couple of our teammates. Sorry to say the very photogenic Big Mista from The Survival Gourmet is the only member that I didn’t see

I am looking for a place that sells BBQ Beef Ribs.
When I was in Georgia I went to Dreamland BBQ and they have the best BBQ pork ribs I have ever had.
I’m in LA now and want to find a place to eat beef ribs.
