Every night this week the Food Network will feature a show that focuses on BBQ

Upon entering, we were greeted with smiles and genuine hospitality… a very difficult thing to find in Los Angeles.

Hold your hand carefully right above the grill and count “BBQ Junkie, one. BBQ Junkie, two…” and so on.

Funny as it sounds, they were in some ways better (more meaty, flavorful and tender) than other ribs that I had eaten durring the week.

So why not give it a try and throw so photos up on my blog while I’m at it.
